Referral FAQs

What is the ONEOK Employee Referral Program and why is it being implemented?
ONEOK has experienced significant growth and continues to seek talented employees to safely construct, operate and expand our assets. One of the most effective methods of identifying candidates to fill these positions is through existing employees who are familiar with the ONEOK culture, assets and job responsibilities, and who also have relationships with talented sources outside of the company.

This program is designed to provide additional financial incentive for employees to actively identify candidates within their professional and social networks.

What is the Bakken Pilot Program?

NOTE: This pilot and positions defined as critical need and associated locations are subject to change at any time.
