Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or other business related field preferred and/or minimum of two years of the following job-related experience:
  • Knowledge of operations of processing facilities, pipeline and related facility design, construction, operation, and maintenance projects; which Includes, but is not limited to: measurement, regulation, control facilities, gas conditioning, processing, compressor facilities, pressure vessels process equipment and controls and monitoring systems.
  • Experience with all phases of project management including scoping, estimating, specification, scheduling, contracting and procurement, construction, commissioning and startup, budgeting, financial analysis and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with project management productivity tools and software.
  • Experience in coordinating teams from various workgroups, managing relationships with internal and external participants and eliciting cooperation from all resources.
  • Experience interacting, advising, negotiating and communicating effectively.
  • Experience identifying, researching, evaluating, prioritizing problems and situations, providing appropriate actions, alternatives and/or recommendations.
  • Experience developing information and making presentations to groups and individuals.
  • Experience researching, composing, preparing, administering contracts, engineering studies, policies, procedures, reports and technical correspondence.
  • Experience reading and interpreting governmental regulations, codes, manuals, policies, procedures, contracts, specifications and various reports and correspondence.
  • Application of math, algebraic formulas and statistical methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write and communicate orally in English.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions and time constraints that may need to be adjusted to respond to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to communicate and/or exchange information or instructions and conduct oral presentations through written and verbal means.
Certification and Licensing
  • Applicable driver's license required for travel to other offices and facilities and to job sites.
Physical Requirements
  • Mobility to travel in and around plant and office facilities and around construction sites out of doors.
  • Availability as needed to work on both a scheduled and call-out basis.
  • Ability to travel and work at the assigned job site as needed.
Visual Requirements
  • Sufficient to perform job duties.
